FLASH TRAINING is a strength & conditioning program and ministry designed to develop student athletes physically and spiritually. We are convinced that we can raise the confidence and self esteem of any and all we come in contact with. Our goal is to “Prepare Tomorrows Leaders Today”

FLASH TRAINING is designed to prepare Middle School student athletes for High School, High School student athletes for College, and College student athletes for professional opportunities. To create a spirited and competitive environment our team encourages age and/or performance appropriate group training sessions. However, we will accommodate one on one training sessions.
